This workout is structured to make every second count. You’ll perform six core-blasting exercises for 30 seconds each, progressing through three rounds. Each round ups the ante with more advanced variations, ensuring you maximize your muscle engagement and see real results. We will use one medium dumbbell in rounds 2 and 3. Here are the exercises:
Round One:
- Good morning
- Plank
- Crunch
- Reverse crunch
- Hollow body hold
- Russian Twist
Round Two:
- Good morning with weight
- Plank with weight inbetween thighs
- Crunch with weight
- Reverse curl weight overhead
- Hollow body with weight
- Russian Twist with weight

- Good morning with weight twist
- Plank pass through
- Sit up
- Reverse curl
- Offset Hollow body
- Tuck up
