  1. Hi Carolyn, I just tried your 25 minute low impact indoor walk for weight loss. I usually do your eight minute weight loss no gym (where you’re wearing blue leotards) then your six minute flat belly standing workout and follow up with your Finishing up with your beginners, friendly home workout for weight loss(you’re wearing green shorts) every morning . This new out will probably replace the two eight minute workouts, but I think I think I should still do the flat belly challenge.
    I also four times a week do your 40 minute walk for fat loss.
