  1. Caroline, I’m a 76 year old guy. I started watching you just before Thanksgiving on U-tube My Dr . told me I had to loose weight, lower my blood sugar and my blood pressure. So far I’ve loss 20 lbs lowered my blood pressure from an average 140/79 to 120/72. I’ll find out in a week how the blood sugar count will be. After saying all of that I’ve become a member. One thing I’m not going to do is get on the floor. I’m doing many of the walking, standing and sitting exercises.
