  1. After having my 2nd hip replaced in February ’23 I really need these stretches as I tend to sit a lot and not move daily!

Totally amazing , I really liked the fact I could manage most of the stretches , the only one I didn’t really get was the second from last one where I had to stretch my leg back , I didn’t feel much so I don’t know if I was doing this one properly but all the rest felt amazing , great way to wake up and embrace the day , thank you so much .
