  1. Hi Caroline,
    I found your workouts on YouTube about 8 days ago and have been doing the one for psoas and hip flexors ever since. My problem is that I am struggling with either a torn or strained groin and some of the exercises hurt my groin. I have been checked out by my doctor and had xrays. They all came back fine. This is definitely some kind of muscle or ligament/tendon injury so I’m trying to rehab it on my own as I don’t want to go to hospital physical therapy with the huge COVID outbreak we are having in California. Which ones of your YouTube videos could you recommend that would be good to rehab my groin and strengthen my core? If you could point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it as I am really enjoying working out with you daily during these depressing shelter in place days.     I found your chair workouts in spring of 2020 in
    lockdown. Thank you! I just finished your 6 week 10 minutes a day workout. I appreciated that I could do it without equipment. Anyway, I did it every day for 6 weeks. I’m discouraged because I didn’t lose one ounce. I had to adapt the last exercise (plank/shoulder tap) because of my feet and did it on my knees and then 3 weeks ago I fell and messed up my knees and can’t kneel on them, so had to figure out how to adapt that one. Any suggestions for losing weight? Thank you! Have a fantastic day!

  3. Dear Caroline, just wanted to say thank you for your wonderful videos. 8 months ago I was overweight and very unfit due to arthritis in both of my knees. Living in Melbourne Australia has been exceptionally hard during very harsh lock downs and of course mental health has also been an issue. After being told that I needed two knee replacements I decided to take control of my life and look for help in exercising without using high impact on my knees. I found your website and started to work with you. At the same time I joined a weight loss program called Lite n Easy keeping my calories down to 1200 a day. My weight slowly came down from 80kg to 77kg losing 13kg over 6 months with your help. My strength has improved also and now I am out and about walking every day. I cleaned my kitchen from top to bottom, all cupboards up and down steps, which I would never have even contemplated before. I exercise every morning with you and start my day on a positive note. Thank you again from a 72 year old lady that feels much younger than my years with your help. Hope your life is going well for you and that you are keeping fit and healthy in these very worrying times around the world. Keep up the great work your are very much appreciated.

  4. Hey Caroline. This is Dillon Sagona. I live in Mississippi and follow your channel regularly. I love doing your exercise ball workouts. The one you uploaded recently was amazing. I would like for you to be my personal fitness coach in the area of how to exercise with balls like stability ball, mini yoga ball, and I almost forgot flex bands. I want to be stronger and healthier. If you can help me in these areas I would greatly appreciate it.
