Get Rid Of Knee Pain Exercises Level 3

Welcome to get rid of knee pain exercises level 3. This video is part of my 3 part series to help you re-align and strengthen the muscles around the knee for injury recovery and injury prevention. You will need a chair plus optional mini loop resistance band and pilates mini ball for this routine. If you dont have the band or ball, Ive left links for where you can get my preferred brands below. You can also just do bodyweight until you feel comfortable adding equipment. As always get approval from your doctor or PT before doing this video series. You can show them this routine in advance for permission, I have SO many doctors recommending their patients to my work now which is amazing because they are helping their patients find ways to get out of pain.

I’m here to help you find movement medicine that allows YOU and your knees to feel better. In this workout Ill teach you lower body exercises that are knee friendly. There are no squats, lunges, or any pressure on the knees. This routine is accessible for those with knee injuries or “bad knees”. In fact if you use this video consistently it might actually HELP you get rid of knee pain for good! That’s because the exercises we will do together will help stabilize and protect your knees by strengthening and improving mobility in the muscles that surround and support the knees like the quadriceps, inner thighs, hamstrings, calves, glutes — even the muscles in your ankles and feet. This video, if done regularly, could help you get rid of knee pain during your favorite daily activities or workouts. Make sure you check out level 1 and level 2 here before progressing to this level 3 video. You can also choose to use them all together in your week of workouts if its appropriate for you. Here is the list of exercises we will be doing in this routine:

Knee strengthening level 3 Exercise list

Straight leg bridge
Side steps above knees
Deadlift / good morning above knees
Lateral leg lift with or without band above knees
Straight leg kickback with or without band ankles
Side step band feet
Donkey kick with or without ball /pillow
Side lying Inner thigh tap
Laying on back ball squeeze with crunch
Quad lifts /pikes
Side lying leg forward back kicks

Feel free to use this video as often as needed for pain relief and progress.
