Counteract the effects of sitting with my follow along 4 minutes standing stretch routine that will loosen your muscles, relieve pain, and boost your energy. Want to know the best part? Its all done standing so you can do it anywhere, anytime you need to loosen up.
Stretching not only helps your muscles warm up and recover from workouts, and reduce your risk of injury, but it also helps posture, blood flow and mobility. I encourage my private clients to focus on fitting in short stretch breaks throughout their days to beat stiff, aches and pains. Consistency is KEY and the more frequent you can move your body, the better you will feel in it. Grab a chair for balance and give yourself 4 minutes to stretch, relax, and feel better!
