What is the #1 problem with all of the other dumbbell abs workouts online? They don’t move your spine in all directions. Your core is meant to flex, extend, laterally bend, and twist. Which is exactly why I developed this at home 15 minute dumbbell abs routine, to give you a well rounded core workout that will help you move better, feel better, and look better. And quite honestly? This is one of the hardest abs videos I’ve ever made yet still customizable for all levels so don’t be shy. Give yourself a chance to be surprised by your own strength and challenged by a new workout. Put your game face on, grab your dumbbells, and let’s get stronger together in this 15 minute at home routine that combines standing and floor moves for a complete core workout. As your certified health coach, Ill cue you on proper form throughout each rep. Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest before we begin next exercise. Start with a weight that challenges you and every time you practice this video try to progress your amount so that you continue to get stronger. Quality over quantity is what matters here, so choose a weight that allows you to move well, have fun, and be challenged!
