Prevent falls and injuries with this 5 minute balance workout at home for beginners follow along video routine.

As we age, one of the first things that seems to decline is our balance. Maybe all of a sudden the stairs got harder, or we have a fear of falling and breaking a bone (or not being able to get back up off the floor!) . If you worry about those things and you are looking to improve your balance, I’m so happy you have found this quick 5 minute balance workout. I’m Caroline Jordan your certified health and fitness coach and I’m here to help you gain stability and strength with my easy to follow workouts. I’m going to guide you through exercises that are going to help with your balance, that will put a pep in your step and confidence in your stride so that you can live a more active life. This video is all levels and all you need is a little bit of space and a chair or wall to hold on to.
