15 Minute Indoor Walking Workout | Celebrating 800,000 Strong!
Friends, we did it! 🎉
Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone: 800,000 subscribers on YouTube.
When I uploaded my first workout video, I never imagined our community would grow into a global movement of hundreds of thousands of people committed to improving their health through movement. What started as a simple mission to help people feel better in their bodies has become something much bigger—a worldwide community united by the belief that Movement Is Medicine.
This milestone doesn’t belong to me alone. It belongs to every person who has pressed play on a workout, taken a walk around their living room, shown up on a difficult day, or chosen to invest in their health one step at a time.
That’s why today’s 15 Minute Indoor Walking Workout is a celebration of YOU.
Why Walking Works
Walking is one of the most accessible forms of exercise available. It supports heart health, helps improve circulation, boosts mood, supports healthy blood sugar levels, and strengthens the body without placing excessive stress on the joints.
The best part? You don’t need a gym membership, fancy equipment, or perfect conditions to get moving. You can simply press play and walk with us right from the comfort of your home.
Over the years, I’ve received thousands of messages from people who have transformed their health through simple, consistent movement. Many started with just a few minutes per day and gradually built confidence, strength, and energy.
Today’s workout is a reminder that every step counts.
Celebrating Our Global Community
One of my favorite things about this channel is that movement has connected people from all over the world.
Whether you’re joining us from India, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia, Canada, or right here in the United States, we are connected by a shared commitment to better health.
During today’s walk, I shared the story of Anupama from India, who recently began her diabetes exercise journey. Like so many members of our community, she decided to take that important first step toward improving her health.
Every fitness journey starts with a single choice: the choice to begin.
Real People. Real Results.
This community continues to inspire me every day.
One viewer recently shared that after consistently following these workouts for just eight weeks, their A1C improved from 6.2 to 5.5 and they lost 20 pounds.
Another member reported lowering their blood pressure from 182/98 to 122/72 through regular movement and healthy lifestyle habits.
I’ve heard from individuals recovering from knee replacements, hip surgeries, injuries, chronic pain, and health setbacks who found a way forward through gentle, accessible exercise.
These stories remind us that health improvements don’t happen overnight. They happen through small actions repeated consistently over time.
The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is progress.
Movement Is Medicine at Every Age
One of the greatest honors of my career is supporting people of all ages and fitness levels.
I’m especially inspired by our “Silver Friends” community members who continue proving that strength, mobility, and vitality can be cultivated at any stage of life.
During today’s workout, I highlighted one of our 72-year-old friends from the UK who used these exercises while recovering from shoulder and foot injuries.
Stories like these remind us that age doesn’t define what’s possible.
Your mindset does.
The Road to One Million
As we celebrate 800,000 subscribers, we’re also looking ahead.
My mission remains simple:
To help one million people feel better in their bodies through movement.
If these workouts have helped you improve your health, build strength, lower your blood sugar, improve your heart health, gain confidence, or simply feel better in your day-to-day life, subscribing to the channel helps us reach the next person who needs support.
Together, we can continue spreading the message that movement truly is medicine.
Share Your Goal
I have a special question for you:

Maybe you want to:
- Improve your blood sugar
- Lower your blood pressure
- Walk more consistently
- Build strength
- Increase your energy
- Improve your balance
- Lose weight
- Feel more confident
Whatever your goal may be, I’d love to hear it.
