Many of my other low impact video routines offer aerobics training for blood sugar management, so to mix it up in this video we are focused on resistance training. In 10 minutes we will move through 10 different body weight strength exercises. To get the most out of our time, I want you to really focus on SQUEEZING your muscles with each rep. This will cause your muscles to contract, allowing your cells to take up glucose for energy. You can perform the entire workout without any weights, but if you have a set at home feel free to add them in to provide additional resistance. This video is something you can repeat multiple times per day when you feel you need to lower your blood sugar quickly. All the exercises are performed standing so you don’t need to get down on the floor. And the best part is increased insulin sensitivity can last 24 hours or more after you exercise.   1. I love your workouts and feel so much better after doing them. My main concern is lowering down my a1c not to loose my weight as I have maintained my weight. Plus vegetarian diet to lower down my sugar level.
