The class was perfectly customized to fit my body’s needs and muscular imbalances. Jill’s hands-on approach and expert eyes helped me make each move both strong and satisfying. I finished our workout feeling empowered and completely addicted. Hate to tell you but if you have a Pilates lesson from Jill you will be too.
