Easy Healthy Salmon Recipe Video
Im so excited to share with you my signature easy healthy salmon recipe! This is one of my favorite meals that I make 2-3 times per week. Its filled with nutrition and so simple to prepare, you can have dinner on the table in 20 minutes! If you follow me on instagram, you see this salmon featured often in my stories. I got so many messages asking how to make it, I thought it would be a great idea to film a quick video showing you exactly how to prepare this healthy dinner. My dad taught me how to make this back when I was just learning how to cook. I hope you love it as much as I do! Easy Healthy Salmon Recipe Ingredients:
- Salmon
- teaspoon garlic
- teaspoon ginger
- sprinkle of salt
- olive oil spray
- coconut aminos
- broccoli, zucchini, asparagus, cabbage mix, kale (for steamed vegetables)
- sweet potatoes
- avocado
Instructions
- preheat the oven to 375- 400* (oven times may vary). Peel and slice sweet potatoes. Roast sweet potatoes in oven for 1 hour. Times and temperatures depend on your oven.
- using a vegetable steamer put broccoli zucchini and asparagus in the steaming pot. Turn on stove top. Once the water starts to boil and the veggies are steaming, add cabbage and kale last. Should take 10 min or less.
- Once potatoes are out of oven turn oven to BROIL. Make sure the rack is at the highest level or use the oven broiler. Put salmon in dish skin side up. Broil salmon for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, flip salmon skin side down, put back in oven. Broil salmon for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and DONE!
