This routine is done all on the floor with mat based exercises that will work your glutes, inner thighs, outer thighs, hamstrings, and quads. You will not need any equipment and can perform this video anywhere. It makes for a great choice when traveling or when short on time. The workout is accommodating for ALL levels and ALL bodies. We will move through each exercise for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest with no repeats. So no matter where you are in your fitness journey from beginner to advanced, you can find the perfect pace and challenge to meet your body where its at.
