Full Body Cardio and Strength Workout For Weight Loss (30 Minutes)

You guys! I am so excited for this Full Body Cardio and Strength Workout For Weight Loss! We are going to have so much fun together!

When you are short on time and just need a workout that gives you the best bang for your buck, this 30 minute full body cardio and strength workout for weight loss covers it ALL. I packed the best multi-tasking, multi-muscle, cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises all in one video to get YOU to your weight loss goals. If you do this video consistently in combination with my fitness programs, a healthy diet, and lifestyle, you WILL see results… and I cant wait to hear all about it. This full body cardio and strength workout is open to ALL levels and I want to encourage you to try it, especially if you are new! We will move through 30 different exercises for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of transition where you can rest or march on the spot if you are feeling extra HYPED. In this workout, you will:

✅ Boost your metabolism (because more lean muscle mass on your body = more calorie burn during exercise AND rest!)
✅ Gain functional fitness (taking the stairs or picking up heavy grocery bags won’t feel as tough)
