I have put together this quick and effective warm up routine full of low impact exercises that you can do every time before you start working out to prevent injury and improve performance. We will move through each exercise for 30 seconds with no break between exercises. Feel free to move at your own pace and have fun!

A warm-up is a wakeup call for your body, preparing your muscles for exercise. A good warm-up raises your core temperature slightly in order to make the muscles, ligaments, tendons, joints etc. more mobile and flexible in order to improve performance and prevent injury. These dynamic stretches are specially chosen to warm up your body from head to toe and to avoid any sort of injuries before you get yourself into your training session. This is a fun quick 10 minutes that will help you feel your best during your workout. Focus on the dynamic movement and let your body flow. Raise your positive vibrations for a great exercise session!

- neck circles
- shoulder circles
- arm jumping jacks
- arm circles
- W pulls and squeeze
- wrist circles
- Knee hug ankle circle R
- Knee hug ankle circle L
- Hamstring heel kick stretch
- hip stirs
- knee hip cars
- knee stirs
- lat stretch side to side
- good mornings
- butt kicks
- lateral lunge toe tap
- backwards lunge and twist
- squat with breath arms
- elbow to knee crunch
- Modified jumping jack
- march or run in place
