SCULPT, TONE, & TRIM your lower body with this minute PILATES mini ball lower body workout. Use a mini ball to help fire muscles and get stronger at home! The addition of a Pilates mini ball adds interest and challenge to your everyday movements. This lower body pilates mini ball workout is designed to help improve balance, core stability, and even help you take some pressure off of your spine. Also thanks to the PATREON member’s requests, I choreographed this routine to be KNEE friendly with NO pressure on the knees. In fact incorporating these lower body moves into your weekly fitness plan consistently may help your knees feel better and you move better. Building strong muscles to support proper alignment and movement of the knee joint has that effect because movement can be medicine with the right prescription!

In this routine we will cover it ALL and give you a well rounded lower body exercise video that will leave you feeling sore, satisfied, and powerful.
