You requested it and here it is… an Upper Body Workout with Dumbbells at Home in 10 Minutes!
Grab your dumbbells and letโs get stronger together in this ALL levels beginner friendly upper body strength routine. If you workout with my videos often, you know 10 minutes goes a long way when you are with me! Prepare to work your back, chest, shoulders, triceps and biceps for the ultimate upper body burn. As your certified health coach, Ill cue you on proper form throughout each rep. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds, with 15 seconds rest before we begin next exercise. Trust me, this is a video that you will want to bookmark to use often to keep your upper body strong and defined!
