Like we always say on this channel “The secret to a strong life is….. a strong butt”. If you are short on time but need to get your rear in gear, this routine includes the most effective moves to strengthen your butt muscles without equipment. No pressure is put on the knees and this video is done entirely on the floor. Actually this video would be a great warm up pre-cardio to fire up your glutes and move well! These exercises will show you how to tone your lower body from home but remember the real secret to lasting results lies in consistency and focused effort. I suggest using this video multiple times per week in addition to following my Patreon fitness calendar for best results. This workout is appropriate for all levels, so dont be shy, stop drop and sculpt your muscles with me! We will move through 5 different exercises for 60 second each. The first 30 seconds of each exercise will be the foundation of the move and then I will provide you with an option to increase intensity for the second 30 seconds.
