Odds are, you ended up in my world because you want to feel better. Maybe you were searching for at home abs workout videos, a new approach to your health, or a way to relieve stress. Or maybe you just really like my spin classes in San Francisco and finally signed up for my email newsletter because you hear me talk about how much I love to write. Those are all amazing reasons to be here (hi!).
But are you also seeking something more fulfilling and meaningful when it comes to the way you socialize and spend time with others? I’ve certainly been there. Once I started to feel better in my body, I wanted that delicious feeling to bleed into all areas of my life, including my relationships.
Many of my closest friendships have come through fitness and health. I have a strong bond with my running buddy, dance friends, and wellness industry colleagues. I believe this is thanks to our time spent enjoying health and bonding over endorphins, sense of accomplishment, and FEEL good, memorable moments. That’s why Ive been working to host fun, uplifting, social fitness events in SF. Its my goal to create events that combine movement and socializing for an experience that has positive life after effects long after the soreness lasts.
That’s also why I’d like to invite you in joining me for my last of 3 Summer BOOTYcamp events. This special night out creates space for you to make new fitness friends, bond with old ones, and get a strong workout that inspires you to LOVE your butt. Here are the details:

BOOTYcamp is back for one last hot summer night out! Get ready to drop it like a squat and get fit with other positive peeps Wednesday August 17th.
BOOTYcamp = A low-impact hour of the most effective total body exercises to define your core and behind. The class is designed for ALL levels, so whether you are an advanced exerciser or beginner, you’ll be able to find your own unique challenge and set the pace. Expect to sweat, get a great workout, and meet other positive people who share your love of fitness.
The only hangover you’ll have from this night out is a sore butt and a happy heart. This event holds the space to share a meaningful connection through a healthy experience. Space is limited. Grab a friend, register now, and join us:

Please don’t be scared to come. Whether you’re a beginner or you’ve been doing workouts with me for years…doesn’t matter. The energy and happiness you will feel at the event will be something that will invigorate you forever. Not only do I want to hang out with you, I want you to meet other fellow fitness friends.
