I am super excited to announce that I am hosting a special Healthy Hour event next Wednesday June 22nd! Clients always ask me for my top training tips to get their “Best Butt Ever”. So I want to share my shape up tips to help you get your “rear in gear “for a strong summer. That’s why I created “BOOTYcamp”: a kick butt class designed to strengthen, shape, and tone your hottest ASSet.
When: Wednesday June 22nd from 6:15-7:15pm
Who: Caroline Jordan Fitness + a positive crew ready to motivate and move with you.
What: This all levels class involves both strength and conditioning exercises designed to help you build lean muscles and tone your butt, hips, legs, and core. You’ll complete a functional warm up followed by bodyweight movements that will make you feel strong, sweaty, and fabulous. You’ll also enjoy a social night out and make new fitness friends that support you in healthy living.
