This 10 minute weight loss workout is specifically designed to help you build confidence and create life-long exercise habits for well-being. Done consistently, this routine will help you lose weight and get healthy.
You don’t need sweaty, marathon long hard exercise sessions to gain the benefits of physical activity. In fact, easy workouts for beginners are better choices when you’re just starting out. And you can do them at home or outdoors, whichever is better or more convenient for you.
You can do this workout everyday if you are looking for a quick, effective fitness routine. Or you can do it alongside my monthly workout calendar program, which gives you a structured follow along fitness schedule so that you can see greater results from your workout efforts.
Set a short-term goal to complete this workout every day during your first week, then add a variety of other workout videos from my channel gradually until you are doing some form of activity on most days of the week. Thats when my monthly Patreon fitness calendars can really help!
Few things to remember :
- If you arent able to do any of the moves, dont sweat it! Just march on the spot. The goal is to keep moving and keep your heart rate up for 10 minutes straight. We are here together to generate positive energy for your day!
