If your at-home workout routine has gotten a little stale, trying some dance workout videos at home can help breathe a little new life into it. Not only is it just plain fun, but it can also provide a bit of a mental boost too. Ive created an incredible hybrid of dancing and strength training, so it really appeals to all fitness interests and levels. This is a dance inspired workout that combines Ballet, Barre, and Pilates. We will begin with a total body warmup before moving into sections of abs, arms, and legs. Your whole body will be energized after completing this session. This workout is appropriate for all levels and I will be providing modifications as we move along. No dance experience required! Its a total-body workout, yet is so much fun! Ready to try it?
