This Thursday, Oct. 22nd, I’m hosting “Healthy Hour”: an event that combines social fitness and healthy networking for an uplifting and meaningful evening. Many of my closest friendships have come from movement. I have a strong bond with my running buddy, dance friends, and fitness industry colleagues. I believe this is thanks to our time spent enjoying physical workouts and bonding over the effort, endorphins, and sense of accomplishment. If you want them to, your relationships CAN support you in your health goals.
