Join Me For Healthy Hour Oct 22nd 6:30-8:30pm Studiomix San Francisco

It often feels like your social and fitness goals are a conflict of interest with each other. You want to spend time with your friends, but usually it is at the expense of your workouts, diet, or sleep. Does it always have to be a struggle between friends vs. health? Is there a way for both priorities to take equal place in your life?
Yes. Create the space to enjoy your health goals WITH your social life. Cook healthy meals, go on fitness workout adventures, savor down time that supports both your friendship bond AND enables you to be heathy. Its all about how you choose to spend time with your friends. Combining the social and fitness areas of your life may unlock stronger relationships and a stronger body along with it.
Thats why I wanted to host  “Healthy Hour”, an event that creates social fitness as a way to enhance both health and happiness. Many of my closest friendships have come from movement. I have a strong bond with my running buddy, dance friends, and fitness industry colleagues. I believe this is thanks to our time spent enjoying physical workouts and bonding over the effort, endorphins, and sense of accomplishment. If you want them to, your relationships CAN support you in your health goals.
