You guys! I am so excited for this Low Impact Cardio and Strength Workout For Toned Muscles! We are going to have so much fun getting stronger together!

When you are short on time and just need a workout that gives you the best bang for your buck, this 40 minute full body cardio and strength workout for toned muscles covers it ALL. I packed the best multi-tasking, multi-muscle, cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises all in one video to get YOU to your fitness goals. If you do this video consistently in combination with my exercise programs, a healthy diet, and lifestyle, you WILL see results… and I cant wait to hear all about it. This full body cardio and strength workout is open to ALL levels and I want to encourage you to try it, especially if you are new! We will move through 30 different exercises for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of transition where you can rest or march on the spot if you are feeling extra HYPED. In this workout, you will:
