How Does Virtual fitness training Work?
Virtual fitness training sessions are done on the phone, FaceTime, or WhatsApp from the comfort of your own home. Once you book a session, you receive a calendar invite for your appointment. At the time of your appointment your coach calls you on your preferred platform of choice (my international clients love WhatsApp!). Appointments typically last for one hour. During the session you might workout, develop specific strategies to overcome health obstacles, create a plan for your nutrition, discuss managing your stress, or work on a variety of other subjects relevant to your health. The session ends with a plan for specific goals to work on before the next appointment. Clients walk away from a virtual fitness training session with specific action steps to take to continue to move forward in goal accomplishment.
What Are the Costs Of Virtual Fitness Training?
The cost for virtual fitness training ranges depending on the experience and skill level of the coach. Highly qualified health coaches typically charge an hourly session price of $100-150 per appointment. Less experienced health coaches often offer sessions at $60-80 per appointment. Price really all depends on the individual coach and their business. I always encourage people not to focus so much on price but to focus more on finding the right fit for a coach to work with. If you save 20 bucks but don’t mesh well with your health coach – it won’t be as effective than if you spend a little extra for a coach who really “gets you” and can be your partner in transforming your health. All you have to do is show up to the scheduled FaceTime call appointment on your smart phone or tablet.

Or if you are traveling for work and want to use your hotel gym but need the motivation to do it! Or if you are a stressed business owner and just need someone to come to you to help you squeeze in a quality workout into your schedule. This service is also great if you are recovering from an injury and want to ease back into activity safely (without getting another injury!). All you have to do is show up to your virtual health coaching call and Ive got a workout prepared for you. You don’t even need to leave the comfort of your own home! This makes fitting exercise into your busy life easy to do. My favorite part of virtual workout sessions is when my clients kids join in on the session!
