Have you heard of Floor Fitness?
Floor workouts are one of my favorite ways to stay fit and active. It feels SOOOO GOOD on the body! I incorporate Floor workouts 1-2 times per week within a balanced exercise schedule and I teach this style of exercise a lot on my Youtube channel.
Inspired by a fusion of Ballet, Yoga and Pilates exercises, my original Floor fitness classes tone you head to toe. I provide plenty of instruction on each move, coaching you through the proper form for every exercise so you see maximum results. The workout is designed to build strength and definition in your abs, butt, arms, hips, and thighs.
Floor fitness is a low impact exercise class that doesn’t put pressure on your feet or joints. It requires no equipment and can be done at home, while traveling, or even in the gym with your friends.
