  1. I recently had surgery for an ankle with multiple fractures. 2 plates and a bunch of screws. I am non weight bearing for at least six weeks. I’m 67 and have concerns that I would lose all my strength. Before my injury I did waterwerks classes , 2 mile walks and senior aerobics . Your chair cardio workout is so welcome. I plan to do it regularly and hope to expand on the workouts once I can get down and up from the floor.
