I am here to give you a low impact, high-intensity cardio workout that you can do at home designed to help you push to your max without pounding your joints. Best part is, you don’t need a single piece of equipment or a lot of space (and you won’t be bothering your neighbors with loud, thumping jumps), so this at routine is perfect for a hotel room or small apartment. I used my apple watch to track my heart rate throughout this low impact cardio routine. I averaged 149BPM and peaked at 170BPM! Ill be honest…. it did really kick my butt. In total, I burned a good 250 calories in only 15 minutes and felt energized for the rest of my day. Thats pretty solid!
