Well you’re in luck: it doesn’t take much time to feel better fast and I’ve got an Upper Body Stretch that will help.

These exercises are designed to help your Upper Body stretch and regain mobility, flexibility, and health. Tight upper body muscles can cause postural imbalances, affect your performance, and create pain. But taking a few minutes to perform simple Upper Body Stretch exercises can make a powerful difference in how you stand and feel!
In this Upper Body Stretch video, you will perform basic yoga stretching exercises for your shoulders, back, chest, triceps, biceps, forearms, wrists, and lower back.
